Germicidal Detergent Packaging Solutions
When approached by a client to produce germicidal detergent packaging for single-use packets of germicidal detergent, Liquipak’s skill and experience with this type of product enabled us to approach this project with confidence.
Following the customer-supplied germicidal detergent packaging specifications, the packets were made from 0.0012″ plastic and foil laminated packaging film. Reverse printed product information was laminated between layers of the packaging film to prevent it from being removed by abrasion or contact with detergent or other chemicals or liquids. Each packet had dimensions of 6-1/4″ in length, 2-3/4″ in width, and contained 54.0 grams of detergent (± 2.0g). Features included tear notch design, lot-coding, and expiration dating.
Quality control processes included digital test stand compression testing, digital gram-scale weigh testing, component and batch traceability. We also tested and documented compatibility between the packaging film and the germicidal detergent for maximum product protection and cost effectiveness.
